We are seeking a caring and responsible Lunchtime Supervisor to join a vibrant school community in Barnet. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with children and wants to help create a safe, positive, and fun environment during lunchtimes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervising children during lunch breaks, both in the dining hall and playground.
  • Encouraging positive social interactions and helping resolve minor conflicts.
  • Ensuring the safety and well-being of all pupils, responding to their needs.
  • Supporting children with their meals, including assisting younger children when necessary.
  • Promoting good manners and healthy eating habits.
  • Reading with students 
  • Organizing and leading playground activities to keep children engaged.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A patient, approachable, and reliable individual with a passion for working with children.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well as part of a team.
  • Experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
