- Manage a waiting list of prospective members, engaging them via phone and email, offering clinic tours and answering any questions
- Organise and run tours and open days at the clinic, then follow up to convert visitors into happy members
- Take ownership of the clinic’s membership sales, from core membership plans to additional services
- Serve as the trusted point of contact for members, ensuring their journey with us is smooth and enjoyable
- Play a key role in maintaining high customer retention rates
- Collaborate closely with the wider team and head office to drive success
