This is a full-time role, working 40 hours per week, where you’ll have the opportunity to engage with pet owners, support the growth of our client's membership model and help create a seamless, joyful experience for both pets and their owners.What You’ll Be Doing as a Membership Executive:
  • Develop creative ways to attract new members within your local 2-mile area think events, community outreach and even chatting with pet owners at the park
  • Manage a waiting list of prospective members, engaging them via phone and email, offering clinic tours and answering any questions
  • Organise and run tours and open days at the clinic, then follow up to convert visitors into happy members
  • Take ownership of the clinic’s membership sales, from core membership plans to additional services
  • Serve as the trusted point of contact for members, ensuring their journey with us is smooth and enjoyable
  • Play a key role in maintaining high customer retention rates
  • Collaborate closely with the wider team and head office to drive success
