Location: Barnet & Surrounding Areas

Salary: £35,000 basic OT £50,000 + company van and fuel card

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Multi Trader to join our dedicated team in the London area and surrounding areas.

Job Description: As a Multi Trader, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving commercial & more specifically retail sites. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting repairs and maintenance tasks in various trades, including plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general building maintenance.
  • Responding to service requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ensuring all work is completed to high-quality standards and in compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Collaborating with other team members and contractors to achieve project goals.
  • Providing excellent customer service to residents and addressing their concerns with professionalism.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a reactive Multi Trader or similar environment.
  • Valid CSCS (essential)
  • Relevant trade qualifications in plumbing, carpentry, or another related field (Desired)
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Skills:

  • Plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general maintenance skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Customer-focused approach with good communication skills.
