Office based

This position is for you if you are an experienced paraplanner and looking to make the switch to a forward thinking business with long term growth plans. The firm is looking for a paraplanner to support the advisors and will pay up to £55k but this can be negotiable depending on experience. This is a smaller sized SJP business who are currently taking on a number of staff and has exciting long term plans.

The Business

The firm is a smaller sized SJP business who operate across a wide area of advice. They offer advice in the standard pensions and investments, but also get involved in VCTs, EISs, DB pensions, etc. They hold their clients at the heart of all they do and aim to offer them to full suite of advice to help them achieve their aims. The business is currently taking on a number of new staff and has a plan in place to grow, making now a great time to join.

The Role

This is a paraplanning position where you will be supporting the advisors to help their clients to the best of their ability. You will be carrying out standard duties such as research and reporting, with the ultimate aim to work with the advisor to create the financial plan for the end client. This, coupled with close client contact, makes it a fantastic learning curve for those who have their eyes set on advice in the future. Whilst the firm does require a paraplanner now, advice is certainly a possibility for those interest down the line.
