Milk Education are recruiting for a SEND LSA to working within an ARP based within a large primary school in Barnet. This positon will invole supporting a range of SEND including Complex Needs, ASD, ADHD and SEMH.  The school ensure that all staff are supported in their career progression and create regular opportunities for CPD and staff progression.

SEND LSA Role & Responsibilities:

  • Supporting students with SEMH across the primary age group
  • Running key interventions to support learning
  • Strong behaviour management.
  • Collaborate with teachers to deliver tailored lessons and activities for students

SEND LSA Non-negotiables:

  • Previous experience supporting SEMH
  • Experience working within a primary aged setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Patience, empathy and a passion for supporting children with SEMH
