OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Clinical service Manager who will ensure that all colleagues are focused on providing positive outcomes for the people we support, in line with regulatory standards and company key performance indicators, policies and procedures

Responsibilities
- Oversee the delivery of mental health services, ensuring compliance with regulations and best practices.
- Responsible for the Mental Unit
- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Supervise and support clinical staff, providing guidance and training as necessary.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of clinical activities.
Qualifications
- Degree in Mental Health
- Proven experience in clinical management or leadership roles
- Strong understanding of mental health regulations and compliance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and implement mental health programs and services
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting for clinical outcomes
