Within this role you will become a key member of the school, supporting its students both inside and outside of the classroom. This role starts ASAP for the full academic year.
As a Graduate Learning Support Assistant, you will be supervising and supporting pupils via person-centred and targeted support sessions that have been planned and developed by experienced subject teachers and support staff. This role can involve supporting students with SEND needs (ASD, ADHD, Hearing and Visual impairments etc), so you will need to be an adaptable person who can tailor their self and their approach to each student and their needs.

Graduate Learning Support Assistant: JOB SPEC
- Graduate Learning Support Assistant
- Assisting students across KS3, KS4 & KS5
- Working alongside the class teacher and SLT to support identified students
- Holding 1:1 and group interventions with students
- At times supporting SEND students (ASD, ADHD, Hearing and Visual impairments etc)
- ASAP Start - Full-time position
- £105 - £110 per day - Term time only
- Located in the borough of Barnet
