About the Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will assist teachers in delivering lessons, providing one-on-one and group support, and ensuring students have the tools they need to succeed. This is a great opportunity to gain valuable experience in the classroom while developing the skills for a future teaching career.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist teachers with lesson planning and delivery.
- Support students in small groups or individually, helping them grasp concepts and complete tasks.
- Maintain a positive classroom environment and encourage student participation.
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback.
- Help with classroom management and organizing resources.
What We're Looking For:
- A recent graduate (BA/BSc or equivalent) interested in pursuing a career in education.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Enthusiasm, patience, and a genuine interest in helping students learn.
- Ability to work independently and with initiative.
- Prior experience working with children (desired but not essential).
