About the Role - Teaching Assistant - Brent
- Support the class teacher in delivering lessons and activities
- Work with students on a one-to-one or small group basis, providing additional support where needed

- Encourage students to be engaged, motivated, and confident in their learning
- Assist with the preparation and supervision of classroom resources
- Support in interventions for students who have SEN or challenging behaviour needs
