We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our vibrant secondary school. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual passionate about supporting students' learning and development. While experience in Special Educational Needs (SEN) is not essential, a willingness to work with students who have additional needs is a key requirement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide tailored support to students, both in small groups and one-to-one, ensuring every student has the opportunity to achieve their full potential.
  • Assist teachers in managing classroom activities, preparing resources, and promoting a positive learning environment.
  • Support students with SEN by implementing individualized support strategies and helping to develop their confidence and independence.
  • Help to manage student behavior, fostering a safe and inclusive learning space for all.
  • Collaborate with the school's SEN team to contribute to individual learning plans and monitor student progress.
  • Assist with administrative duties and classroom setup as required.
