Are you an experienced Payroll Manager looking for a dynamic and flexible role in a well-established North London accountancy practice? This boutique firm provides high-quality services to a portfolio of high-net-worth individuals and businesses and is looking for a personable and experienced professional to join their team.

The Role:

* Payroll management - overseeing a portfolio of clients, ensuring smooth and compliant payroll processing.* VAT & Accounts - preparing and finalising VAT returns, bookkeeping on QuickBooks and Xero, and handling FRS102/FRS105 compliance.* Client contact - liaising with clients directly, providing exceptional service, and helping to streamline processes.* Tax exposure - opportunity to support on corporate and personal tax matters.

What They're Looking For:

* QBE or Qualified - hands-on experience in payroll, VAT, and accounts is key.* A true general practitioner - comfortable working across different areas.* Proactive and personable - this is a small, close-knit team, so personality fit is essential.* Hybrid working available (2-3 days in-office preferred).
