You’ll play a vital role in delivering top-tier support and implementation services for a diverse range of clients. Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide first-rate technical support, assisting with client projects and resolving network-related issues.
- Assist in the implementation and migration of Windows Servers, as well as performing regular upgrades.
- Manage and support virtualisation environments using VMware, Hyper-V, and Citrix.
- Support Microsoft 365 and cloud environments including Azure and AWS.
- Offer excellent customer service and occasional onsite support for client projects.
What Experience is Required
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience ideally within an MSP.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft domain infrastructure, including Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP.
- Experience with virtualisation technologies, including VMware, Citrix, and Hyper-V.
Salary & Benefits:
Basic salary up to £42,000
