Are you a Band 6 Mental Health Nurse looking for a rewarding locum role in a dynamic community mental health team? We have an exciting opportunity with excellent pay and stability!

What You’ll Be Doing:

Join a well-established Transformation Adults Team delivering focused, evidence-based interventions to adults with complex needs. You will:

• Hold a clinical caseload of approximately 25 service users for up to 6 weeks• Complete Mini DIALOG+ and Full DIALOG+ assessments• Deliver 1:1 therapeutic interventions based on personalised care plans• Co-facilitate community and psychosocial groups with support from the wider MDT• Help service users manage symptoms and access housing, benefits, employment, education, and other social support• Collaborate closely with core services to prevent re-referrals and support recovery• Contribute to caseload supervision, pathway planning, and health & safety

Requirements & Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A valid NMC registration as a Mental Health Nurse• Experience supporting adults with complex mental health needs• Strong understanding of DIALOG+, psychosocial interventions, and recovery-focused care• Confidence in working independently and managing a caseload• Commitment to multidisciplinary teamwork and community engagement

Working Hours & Contract Duration:

This role is Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm. The initial contract is for 6 weeks, with likely extensions based on performance and service need.
