Tradewind Recruitment are excited to offer the opportunity for an experienced EYFS Teacher to join a progressive and inclusive primary school in the Barnet area. This two-form entry school, with a friendly and nurturing environment, is looking to appoint a dedicated teacher to join their Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) team on a part-time basis from March 2025.

About the role:

  • Deliver engaging and interactive lessons for Reception pupils.
  • Implement effective classroom management techniques.
  • Collaborate with the Classroom Teaching Assistant to support learning.
  • Tailor learning resources to meet the needs of each pupil.
  • Attend weekly staff meetings and contribute to school development.

Requirements:

  • UK-recognised QTS required.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of the EYFS curriculum.
  • A positive, proactive attitude towards student learning and development.
  • A commitment to enhancing the school's ethos and values.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, students, and external agencies.
  • Availability for a part-time, long-term role from March 2025.
