Year group: Year 5 Intervention and PE Teacher
Tradewind are looking to appoint an intervention and PE Teacher on behalf of a progressive and inclusive 4-form entry primary school.
This London based primary school are looking to appoint a strong Teacher to join their team to teach Year 5 interventions sessions for pupils in the mornings and teach PE across the school in the afternoons.
About the role:
- Teach PE (planning provided through scheme)
- Monitor student achievement across year 5 and plan accordingly
- Support pupils prepare for year 6
- Implement effective and appropriate behaviour management strategies
- Work alongside the senior management team
- Understand and implement the school improvement plan
- Attend weekly staff meetings
Requirements:
- Must have UK recognised QTS
- Strong understanding of KS2 curriculum
- Minimum 2 years teaching experience in the UK within the last 2 years
- Must be available full-time and long-term from September
