Job description
Our client is seeking an experienced Project Co-ordinator to join their team. This is working within the Social Housing sector on long term disrepair projects across London.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage long-term disrepair and planned contracts around London.
- Work closely with the works managers to arrange appointments, manage the works managers calendars and to deal with any issues raised by tenants.
- Work closely with the QS to make sure all variations are captured.
- Oversee and monitor project progress, addressing any issues that arise promptly.
- Ensure all project documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
Requirements:
- Experience working on similar type contracts within the construction environment.
- Proven experience in managing multiple contracts, liaising with tenants and arranging appointments and manging multiple calendars.
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both team members and clients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and reliability.
- Must be based within a commutable distance to Barnet.
