About the opportunity:
Due to a healthy pipeline of work, my client is recruiting for a Project Manager to join their capital works team. Reporting to the Programme Manager, the initial project you will join is a design and build contract to build a new wheel lathe facility at the Cockfosters depot as part of the new Piccadilly Line upgrade scheme. This project is programmed for 1.5 years, valued at 20M and will be full time based on site.

For this permanent opportunity, my client is targeting professionals looking to earn anywhere from 75,000 - 85,000 per annum however there may be flexibility on this as the specific salary will depend on experience and suitability. Additionally, my client is open to professionals working via their own Ltd company on a day rate basis (outside of IR35).
About the requirements:
In order to be considered for this opportunity, you must have proven experience of working at Project Manager level, whilst employed by a Tier 1 or Tier 2 Rail Contractor in the UK. Due to the site location, you must reside within commutable distance of Cockfosters and experience of working on TFL projects would be advantageous.
