Assistant Property Manager - Block Management

Location: Hendon (Hybrid - 2 days WFH, 3 days in office)

Salary: 拢35,000-拢40,000 + discretionary bonus

We are currently recruiting for an organised and proactive Assistant Property Manager to join a dynamic and fast-paced property management team. This role is heavily admin-focused and requires someone who is eager to take ownership, contribute ideas, and deliver high-quality service to leaseholders.

What you will do:

路 Provide administrative support to two property managers in day-to-day block management operations.

路 Liaise with leaseholders and contractors, handling queries and ensuring issues are resolved efficiently.

路 Assist in coordinating major works, maintenance, and compliance with health & safety regulations.

路 Prepare and distribute correspondence, notices, and service charge demands.

路 Manage Section 20 consultation notices and liaise with credit control on arrears.

路 Process contractor invoices and handle related queries.

路 Support the production of management packs for property sales and refinancing.

路 Log insurance claims and liaise with insurers to ensure timely resolutions.

路 Arrange meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure all necessary documentation is in place.

Who We're Looking For:

路 Experience in a similar role within block management.

路 Knowledge of Section 20 consultations and leasehold management processes.

路 Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

路 Ability to problem-solve and handle any potential conflicts effectively.

路 Initiative-driven with a proactive and hands-on approach.

路 Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

路 Comfortable working in a fast-paced, busy environment and contributing ideas.
