Key Duties

  • Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants, vendors and buyers to deliver exceptional service
  • Book appointments and conduct viewings with prospective buyers and tenants
  • Negotiate and manage the offer process
  • Canvass to generate new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with other departments to cross-sell additional products and services

RequirementsEssential

  • Full UK Driving License and access to your own vehicle
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a proactive approach
  • Strong computer skills and ability to quickly adapt to new systems
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Previous experience in a customer service role

Desirable

  • Previous sales experience is advantageous but not essential
