Our client is a small but very successful property investment company with both commercial and residential portfolio and growing steadily.

They are expanding their team to include an experience Property manager who wants to work closely with the MD, ensuring that they offer a professional and speedy service for their clients.

Duties are wide-ranging and will include inspections, lease renewal negotiation, tenant communication, compliance for the properties, financial administration, invoice processing and mitigating any rent arrears.

This Property management role can evolve over time for the right candidate. They want someone to take ownership of their remit, helping to drive the business forward.

You should be comfortable working in a smaller office environment and will be able to demonstrate strong administrative skills with high standards of attention to detail.
