As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining continuity in students' learning during teacher absences. You’ll be responsible for delivering pre-prepared lesson plans, managing classroom behavior, and ensuring a positive learning environment.

• Supervise and engage students in lessons across various subjects.
• Deliver pre-set work and ensure students remain on task.
• Maintain a positive and structured classroom environment.
• Support students with their learning and address any questions.
• Uphold school policies and promote a culture of respect and learning.

• A strong interest in education and working with young people.
• Previous experience in a school setting (preferred but not essential).
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• A degree or relevant qualifications are advantageous but not mandatory.
