Vision Teaching is seeking a skilled and experienced Design & Technology Teacher to join an OFSTED-rated 'Good' Secondary School in Barnet.
This role is set to begin in February 2025 and will be a full-time position for the remainder of the academic year. The successful candidate will be required to plan and deliver high-quality lessons, participate in team meetings, and communicate effectively with colleagues.
You will become part of a department that values creativity, collaboration, and support. The school is seeking an enthusiastic, dynamic, and supportive Design & Technology Teacher who is passionate about shaping the next generation.
The role:
- Must hold QTS
- Proven experience teaching Design & Technology up to GCSE level
- Ability to teach mixed-ability groups across different sets
- Degree in a relevant subject
- Start date: 24/02/2025
- Salary: paid to scale

Requirements:
- Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to apply for a new one.
- Previous experience working in a secondary school setting.
- Provide reference details covering the last two years.
- Register with Vision Teaching and comply with all necessary procedures.
- BA in Teaching or a related subject, QTS, or PGCE.
