About the Maths Teaching Role:As a Mathematics Teacher, you will deliver engaging and effective lessons that cater to a diverse range of abilities. You will support students in developing critical thinking and problem-solving skills, fostering confidence and enthusiasm for mathematics.

Key Responsibilities of a Maths Teacher:

• Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in mathematics across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5.
• Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all learners, ensuring every student reaches their potential.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and guidance.
• Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to curriculum development and departmental initiatives.
• Inspire and motivate students through innovative teaching methods and a commitment to excellence.
• Engage with parents and carers to support student progress and well-being.

About YouThe successful Maths Teaching candidate will have:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• A degree in mathematics or a related field.
• A strong track record of teaching mathematics at secondary level, with a thorough understanding of the curriculum.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive and reflective approach to teaching, with a commitment to continuous professional development.
• The ability to inspire a passion for mathematics and a love of learning in all students.
