GSL Education London are seeking a dedicated PE Teacher to join a dynamic team at a client secondary school in Barnet. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate PE Teacher to inspire and motivate students to achieve their best in physical education.

Responsibilities of a PE Teacher:

  • Deliver engaging and effective PE lessons to secondary school students.
  • Support the teaching and learning of physical education across KS3, KS4, and KS5.
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to the needs of all students.
  • Organize and supervise sports activities, events, and competitions.
  • Monitor and report on student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents.
  • Ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students.
  • Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities.

Requirements of a PE Teacher:

  • Previous experience as a PE Teacher or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of physical education curriculum and teaching methods.
  • Ability to teach and support students at KS3, KS4, and KS5 levels.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
  • Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one).
