We are working with a Primary school based in Enfield, assisting in their search for a SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team.
As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will ensure the child being supporting is happy, safe, and involved in the learning. If you are proactive and energetic and are looking for a new challenge supporting pupils with a range of needs, this is the role for you.
The school is easily accessible via public transport and there are parking options available.
What do the school require from you?
- Experience in an EYFS or Primary setting.
- Experience supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs, or a good understanding of SEND.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Confident and able to use your initiative.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children with special needs.
- Knowledge of relevant safeguarding policies and procedures.
