We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic ARP Support professional to join our school's Additionally Resourced Provision. About the Role

As part of the ARP team, you will:

  • Provide tailored support to students with special educational needs, ensuring they can access the curriculum and develop key skills.
  • Assist in implementing individual education plans (IEPs) and behavior management strategies.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and external specialists to support student progress.
  • Create a nurturing and inclusive environment that promotes confidence, independence, and a love of learning.
  • Monitor and report on student progress, offering insights to adapt strategies as needed.
