We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic ARP Support professional to join our school's Additionally Resourced Provision. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children who require additional support to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
About the Role
As part of the ARP team, you will:
- Provide tailored support to students with special educational needs, ensuring they can access the curriculum and develop key skills.
- Assist in implementing individual education plans (IEPs) and behavior management strategies.
- Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and external specialists to support student progress.
- Create a nurturing and inclusive environment that promotes confidence, independence, and a love of learning.
- Monitor and report on student progress, offering insights to adapt strategies as needed.
