Role:Social Housing reactive maintenance
My client, a leading Social Housing contractor are currently seeking to employ a Multi Trader to work on their Repairs and Maintenance contracts, bringing housing stock properties up to standard. This position comes with a van and fuel card.
Ideally we are looking for:
- plasterer/multi
- UPVC installer
- Carpenter/multi
- Plumber/multi
- Groundworker
- Floor Layer
Duties will include:
- install works to domestic properties
- repair works to domestic properties
Overtime available
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 22.00-24.00 per hour
