- Manage behaviour effectively and confidently, especially for children with challenging behaviour or learning difficulties
- A 2:1 degree or higher in Psychology or a related field from a Top 30 UK University
- Previous experience in a Primary school with SEN students is crucial
- Strong communication skills and good behaviour management strategies
- Confidence in supporting children with challenging behaviour and additional learning needs
- Compassion, patience and resilience are highly desirable
