Prestige is currently recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Plumber to join our team in West London. This is an exciting opportunity to work on social housing repairs and maintenance, providing high-quality plumbing services to a variety of properties across the Barnet area. Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out plumbing repairs and maintenance across social housing properties
- Diagnose and repair issues such as leaks, blockages, faulty heating systems, and general plumbing problems
- Work on a variety of plumbing tasks including installations, repairs, and maintenance
- Provide excellent customer service and liaise with tenants to ensure satisfaction with repairs
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used
Requirements:
- Qualified plumber with relevant experience (City & Guilds or equivalent)
- Experience in social housing repairs and maintenance is advantageous
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
- Full UK driving license (as van and fuel card are provided)
