Supervisor- Special Works

£24 per hour

Build Recruitment are working with a social housing contractor to recruit for a Supervisor for a Special Works contract covering West and South West London.

You will split your time between the office in Finsbury Park and out and about in West and South West London. As part of the special works team, you will be supervising large refurb and maintenance projects. 

Day to day: 

• Sub contractor management- issuing of work, inspections and handovers
• Working with the surveying team to do pre and post property inspections
• Closing and handover of works with the client

Job details:

• 6 month temp to perm contract
• £24 per hour (CIS) plus van and fuel card
• Part office part site based
• Weekly pay during temporary period

Requirements:

• Full, UK driving licence
• Similar experience in the social housing sector
• SSSTS or SMSTS of IOSH
• Willing to complete a DBS check
