Responsibilities of our Care Assistants:
Provide the best quality care experience for our service users
Support Service users with personal care needs, continence management, medication, meal prep and other care activities.
To support our clients' individual needs
Work part of the GR8 Connect care team, support other staff members.
Reliable and punctual
Encourage clients to give feedback on the service we offer.
Offer an outstanding service which is safe, caring, responsive and effective.
Attend team training sessions and meetings.
Excellent communication with internal and external staff members.
