A fantastic opportunity has arisen with our clients expanding, highly successful and innovative Estate Agency in Barnoldswick. The Branch Manager role is situated on the Lancashire / Yorkshire borders, set in a picturesque location and will be suitable for a Senior Negotiator / Sales Manager looking for their next step up or an existing Valuer or Branch Manager.
Working hours:
- Monday – Friday
- Alternate Saturdays (1 lieu day per month)
Our client is offering the successful Branch Manager:
- A basic salary up to £30,000
- Individual and Team Commission with on target earnings of £40,000
- Business Mileage paid
- Free Parking provided
- Ongoing Training and Support
To be considered for the Branch Manager role you must have the following:
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent knowledge of Estate Agency
- Strong listing experience and track record.
- Full UK driving license and access to own carÂ
- Willingness to support and grow the team while assisting them to hit / exceed targetsÂ
- Excellent communication skills; interpersonal, written and verbalÂ
- Passion for propertyÂ
- Local area knowledge would be helpfulÂ
As a Branch Manager, your role will involve:
- Conducting Team Morning meetings
- Attending Valuations
- Gaining Instructions
- Overseeing Branch
- Setting team targets
