justteachers is seeking an experienced HLTA to work five mornings a week at a welcoming school near Barnoldswick, starting in September 2025.
The Role:As an HLTA, you will play a key role in supporting both teachers and students, delivering planned lessons during PPA time, and helping to create an engaging learning environment. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading small group sessions and covering lessons when required
- Supporting the class teacher with lesson preparation and delivery
- Providing targeted interventions to help students reach their full potential
- Assisting with classroom management and pupil engagement
- HLTA qualification (or equivalent experience)
- Previous experience working in a primary school setting
- Strong classroom management skills
- A passion for supporting children's learning and development
