You will work closely with stakeholders across the division to support with reporting and key decision making. Description
- Prepare, review and analyse monthly financial reports.
- Implement and maintain financial policies and procedures in line with company objectives.
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with other department leaders to improve financial performance and efficiency.
- Manage budget planning and cost management for the department.
- Provide financial advice and guidance to the management team.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy.
- Undertake cost centre analysis as part of month end process
- Ad-hoc project work as required
Profile
A successful Management Accountant should have:
- Accountancy Qualification
- Experience in a similar role within the distribution/logistics industry
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and accounting processes.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Superior attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills, with an ability to work with stakeholders across all levels
Job Offer
