- Based on Reception, meeting any visitors to the site and answering the telephones
- Processing invoices onto the internal systems
- Shipping parcels
- Checking stock levels of office supplies
- Keeping track of expected delivery dates, chasing up late deliveries and updating all parties.
- Liaise with suppliers in regards to returns of equipment
- General ad hoc administration duties scanning, maintaining filing and general correspondence
- Previous Administration experience - ideally within manufacturing or similar but this is not essential.
- Experience of Shipping and Procurement would be highly desirable
- Computer literate with working knowledge of MS Office
- Good communication skills and ability to build a rapport whist providing excellent customer service.
- Flexible and proactive approach when assisting with a variety of task
