Business Support Officer Social Services

We are currently recruiting for an experience Business Support Officer to join a specific team within Social Services in the Barnsley area.

Role Details

* Initial 3 month contract, with the possibility of extension

* Full time - 37 hours per week

Core Res

On a day to day basis, this role will involve:

* Minute taking

* Email management

* Setting up meetings and managing attendees

* Requesting reports and distributing accordingly

* Updating spreadsheet trackers and tracker enhancement

Requirements

We are looking for an experienced administrator with a confident and professional communication style. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and experience of Office 365, specifically Excel, and will be comfortable taking notes. Due to this role being within Social Services, we need an individual who is familiar with GDPR and confidentiality and happy to work with sensitive information.
