Repairs Administrator

Belmont Recruitment are currently looking for a Planning Support Officer to join a Housing Association based in Barnsley on an initial 6-9 month temporary contract. This is a full-time role working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Key Duties:

• Running job queues and booking repair appointments with customers in worker diaries
• Dealing with incoming customer enquiries
• Scheduling and dispatching work electronically to individual craft operatives
• Ensuring resources are deployed at the appropriate time
• Receiving calls from customers and partners
• Working with Operational Managers to allocate resources to known workloads
• Maintaining information systems with new jobs

Requirements:

• Experience of working in a Scheduling, Planning, Works Management, or Logistics environment
• Experience of working within a customer focussed organisation
• Knowledge of operational procedures for providing a repair and maintenance service
