Belmont Recruitment are currently looking for a Planning Support Officer to join a Housing Association based in Barnsley on an initial 6-9 month temporary contract. This is a full-time role working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Key Duties:
- Running job queues and booking repair appointments with customers in worker diaries
- Dealing with incoming customer enquiries
- Scheduling and dispatching work electronically to individual craft operatives
- Ensuring resources are deployed at the appropriate time
- Receiving calls from customers and partners
- Working with Operational Managers to allocate resources to known workloads
- Maintaining information systems with new jobs
Requirements:
- Experience of working in a Scheduling, Planning, Works Management, or Logistics environment
- Experience of working within a customer focussed organisation
- Knowledge of operational procedures for providing a repair and maintenance service
