Salary: 35,000- 42,000 dependent on experience

I am supporting an innovative architectural practice renowned for delivering creative, cutting-edge designs, the practice has built strong relationships with prominent clients and continues to expand its client base with a reputation for excellence. This dynamic practice's portfolio boasts of projects in retail and commercial sectors with their expertise lying within the residential sector. This successful practice is keen to continue their growth and strengthen their technical abilities therefore are seeking a Senior Architectural technologist to join their friendly team. Their employees benefit from strong progression opportunities, a mix of exciting projects and a collaborative working environment.
The successful Senior Architectural Technologist will have substantial experience across the residential sector with proven job running experience and boast excellent technical abilities including proficiency with Revit.
Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Senior Architectural Technologist:
- Ideally you will be chartered or a member of CIAT
- Degree or HND/HNC in Architectural technology
- Extensive experience post qualification in a UK Architectural practice
- Strong technical abilities
- Proficient in Revit
- Effective problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Proactive and positive approach to self-development
- Liaise with clients, contractors and other professionals
- Manage a small team and assist with training emergent staff members
- Through knowledge of current building regulations
- Driven to keep up to date with latest software and designs
- Proven record across the technical stages having worked on projects from concept to completion
- Live locally to the Barnsley area
