Our client is looking for a confident Operations Support Officer to join their team on a temporary contract until early next year.
Main duties will include:
- To support the function of the Operations Section to meet client requirements
- Pprocessing time sheets, allocating of works and ordering materials
- To contribute to the overall objectives of Construction Services
- To help to ensure that the Operations Section is providing a highly efficient, economic, safe, customer focused and high quality service to all clients
- To work closely with the Operations Managers to deliver service improvements
Experience required:
You must hold NVQ level 3 or equivalent, or have the ability to demonstrate relevant experience in a similar field
Experience of working in a Construction, Engineering, Maintenance or Manufacturing environment
Experience of providing technical support to operational management, including an understanding of procedures used to improve service delivery
Substantial knowledge of the issues relating to the delivery of services within Construction, Repairs and Maintenance
