Barnsley (Office Based)

£24,000 - £25,000 + Uncapped Commission 

Elevation Recruitment group are working on an exciting opportunity, to work for and established, fast-growing wholesale business. My client is looking for an Internal Sales Executive to join their team and provide exceptional support to customers. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organisational skills, be detail-oriented, have a passion for customer service and experience managing sales effectively.

Internal Sales Executive Role and Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-class customer support via phone and email
  • Build and develop effective relationships with customers
  • Manage and follow up inbound sales enquiries
  • Qualify sales leads and customer orders
  • Work closely with the National Account Team
  • Identify growth opportunities by upselling and cross selling effectively
  • Respond to customer inquiries and feedback in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist customers with product information & pricing ordering

Internal Sales Executive Skills and Experience: 

  • Previous experience within sales is essential, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong problem-solving and organisational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise workload
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
