We're looking for a Telemarketer to be the voice of our business, working closely with our sales and marketing teams to connect with potential customers and generate new leads. No prior product knowledge? No problem! We'll provide the tools and support you need to succeed.
Responsibilities:
- Calling prospective B2B customers to introduce our products and services.
- Identifying customer needs and sparking interest in what we offer.
- Logging all interactions and follow-ups in our in-house CRM system.
- Collaborating with the Marketing Manager to execute targeted call campaigns.
What we are looking for:
- Self-motivated and result driven mindset
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Previous experience in telemarketing or sales
- Great organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently while being a strong team player
