CLASS 1 DRIVER

MONDAY - FRIDAY: START TIMES

£15.00 PER HOUR

People Solutions are recruiting experienced Class 1 Drivers for our well-established client based in Barnsley.

We are looking for day drivers and trampers.

This may become ongoing for the right candidate.

Day to Day Duties

Drive Class 1 vehicles safely and efficiently
Curtain side work
Making deliveries to depots and building sites
Tramping work
Day runs
Positive 'can do' attitude
Ensure load is strapped correctly
Follow Company policies and procedures
Comply with Driving rules and regulations

Essential Skills

Hold a valid UK Category CE Licence
Hold UK CPC and UK Digital Tachograph Card
Have a minimum of 24 months experience driving CE vehicles
Maximum of six penalty points with no major endorsement codes
Work in a professional manner
Excellent communication skills

Desirable Experience

Experience working as a tramper or covering work with nights out is desirable
