CLASS 2 DRIVER

MONDAY - SATURDAY: STARTS

£14.00 - £17.00 PER HOUR

People Solutions are recruiting experienced Class 2 Drivers on behalf of a well established client based in Barnsley.

This role is predominantly store deliveries.

You must be aged 21 or over for this role for Insurance purposes.

Day to Day Duties

• Drive/operate Class 2 Vehicles safely and efficiently
• Multi Drop deliveries
• Ensure vehicle is well presented at all times
• Handball required
• Abide by driving rules & regulations
• Store deliveries
• Use a tail lift
• Cage and Pallet deliveries

Essential Skills

• Hold a valid UK Category C licence for 2 years
• Hold a UK DIGI Card
• Hold a UK CPC Card
• No more than six penalty points
• No major endorsement codes
• Must be aged 21 or over due to insurance purposes
• Excellent timekeeping
• Good communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills

Desirable Experience

Experience driving commercially making store deliveries is desirable.

Training

You must pass a Driving Assessment for this role.
