The Recruitment Crowd are recruiting on behalf of our market leading client based in the Barnsley area. We are looking for experienced Class 2 Tipper Drivers to join the team.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 06:00am to 07:00am start times.
Pay Rate: 拢14.00 per hour PAYE.
Location: Barnsley, S75.
Job Type: Temporary to permanent.
The Role
路 Operate a Class 2 tipper vehicle safely and efficiently.
路 Carry out tipper work, including the transportation and tipping of products such as aggregate, topsoil, etc.
路 Adhere to all relevant safety regulations and guidelines.
路 Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any issues promptly.
路 Maintain accurate records of deliveries and collections.
路 Ensure timely and efficient completion of assigned routes.
路 Will be required to work away from home, with accommodation provided in a paid hotel.
Requirements
路 Full UK driving licence with Class 2 entitlement (category C).
路 Valid and in date DCPC and Digital Tachograph card.
路 No more than 3 points on licence (minor offences only).
路 Have a minimum of 2 years proven experience driving the relevant vehicle.
路 Have a full understanding of WTD legislation.
路 Be prepared to work away from home in paid accommodation as required.
路 Excellent communication skills.
路 A safety-first mindset.
