We are seeking a skilled Joiner to join our team, focusing primarily on kitchen removals and installations. This role requires a professional who can deliver high-quality craftsmanship and customer-oriented service. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing workloads, working both independently and within a team, and adhering to Health and Safety legislation.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • Carry out all aspects of joinery work including repairs, maintenance, refurbishment, and new builds, with a focus on first and second fix joinery works.
  • Specialise in kitchen removals and installations, ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency.
  • Remove and replace timber structures, and install various joinery components such as windows, doors, and roofing elements.
  • Implement security measures for properties and maintain optimal stock levels in vehicles to ensure service efficiency.
  • Liaise with other trades, tenants, and managers, and assist in the training and mentoring of apprentices and trainees.
  • Work at heights and in various environments, adhering to safety protocols.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • NVQ Level 2 in Joinery or equivalent qualification is essential.
  • NVQ Level 3 in Joinery or willingness to work towards this qualification is essential.
  • Demonstrated experience in joinery, particularly in kitchen installations and general construction joinery.
  • Knowledge of Health and Safety procedures relevant to construction.
  • Ability to work flexibly and manage personal workload effectively.
  • Current driving license and ability to travel as necessary for the job.
