Our client is a market leader in their sector who span the entirety of the Northwest and West Midlands. An opportunity has arisen for a field-based Dispute Resolution Officer to join their team covering the Yorkshire, Lancashire and Manchester client base.

As a Client Relationship Officer you will liaise with customers face to face with a view to resolving any matters that may arise and find suitable solutions in a timely manner, negotiate contract terms to ensure continuity of business and provide a high-quality customer service by effectively communicating with the customer and internal colleagues to ensure the customersā€™ requirements are met.

- Planning own diary to visit customers that your office-based colleagues are unable to communicate with, with the aim to resolve any complaints or queries the customer may have and enable both parties to maintain a continued relationship.

- Be extremely confident in your ability to make on the spot decisions, whilst taking a calm, level-headed approach to problem solving that is satisfactory to the customer whilst also protecting the companiesā€™ commercial position. This will include the negotiation of rates amongst other potential challenges you may be met with.

- Ability to work both individually and as part of a team.

- Ability to manage a busy workload through a CRM system where time management is key.

- An in depth geographical knowledge of Yorkshire, Lancashire and the surrounding areas.

- The successful candidate will have recent experience in a similar role working in a fast-paced environment. They will have strong negotiation, problem-solving, communication and IT skills with an ability to organise and prioritise workloads to meet deadlines.

Company Car and fuel card provided.

A clean UK driving license is also required.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Ā£28k per year

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday 8:30 - 5:00 - may need to work later on some occasions to meet customers who only open during twilight hours.

Experience:

  • Account management: 1 years (preferred)
  • Field based role: 2 years (required)
