Elevation Recruitment is excited to be working with a leading specialist supplier within the care sector who are looking for an Internal Account Manager to join their dynamic team in their Barnsley office. As an Internal Account Manager, your mission is to drive incremental revenue growth within an existing customer base while welcoming new customers aboard.If you have a true passion for revenue generation and relationship building, this is the role for you!
Internal Account Manager Role & Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and expand an account portfolio to achieve team revenue targets by introducing customers to our product range, identifying growth opportunities, regaining lost accounts, and securing referrals
- Forge enduring and profitable customer relationships to unlock the full potential of your portfolio
- Gain an in-depth understanding of customer needs through a consultative approach
- Drive revenue growth from our existing customer base through strategic campaigns
- Conduct online client review meetings, ensuring valuable customer feedback
- Provide insights on products, market trends, and competitor activity
- Deliver on agreed company and department service levels, consistently providing accurate and timely reporting
- Develop and execute account development plans, quarterly sales presentations, and team objectives
Internal Account Manager Skills & Experience:
- Proven account management experience with a consultative approach
- Experience within a B2B sales environment
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with internal and external stakeholders
- Tenacity and a drive to exceed expectations
- Strong organisational and efficiency skills, with meticulous attention to detail
- Proficiency in core Microsoft Office applications, including the ability to analyse and interpret Excel spreadsheets
- Effective time management and planning abilities
