In this role, you’ll play a key part in enhancing childcare standards across the borough. We seek someone with a strong foundation in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), comprehensive knowledge of Ofsted regulations, and a commitment to safeguarding children. What You’ll Do

Provide expert advice, support, information, and training to various childcare settings and Ofsted-registered childminders.
Collaborate with Family Hubs, childcare providers, and agencies to build partnerships and improve outcomes for children.
Deliver targeted support to new and developing childcare providers, helping them reach high standards of quality.

What We’re Looking For

A qualified professional in Early Years or Childcare, with extensive experience in high-quality childcare provision.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and report-writing skills.
A motivated leader who can inspire and guide others towards achieving excellence in childcare.
