We are on the lookout for a Service Development and Support Officer to play a pivotal role in enhancing the performance of our services. This position involves the creation and upkeep of systems, in-depth data analysis, and the execution of audits to ensure our operations are both effective and compliant.

Day to Day of the Role:
  • Design and refine bespoke systems and databases to enable robust service monitoring.
  • Generate detailed statistical reports, manage complex data, and present management information to key stakeholders.
  • Engage with both internal and external stakeholders to streamline data collection, analysis, and dissemination.
  • Offer support regarding financial and activity monitoring, contribute to procurement systems, and conduct workshops and training sessions.
  • Carry out comprehensive audits to detect discrepancies, prevent financial and informational misconduct, and uphold compliance with standards and regulations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience in orchestrating, developing, and coordinating workshops and training initiatives.
  • Competence in budget oversight and project management.
  • Aptitude for problem-solving and taking initiative in demanding situations.
  • High-level numeracy skills and adeptness in database management.
  • Exceptional communication abilities, both in writing and verbally.
  • Capacity to organise workload efficiently and adhere to deadlines.
  • Discretion when dealing with sensitive and confidential material.
